Healthy chicken nuggets

Healthy chicken nugget recipe:

  • Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour coconut milk into a separate shallow bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the coconut milk, then dredge it in the almond flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  5. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken breasts to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your Paleo Chick-fil-A Chicken!
