Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of protein
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 – 2 cups of vegetables of your choice – mushrooms, onion, zucchini, bell peppers
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8″ baking or pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. Wash, cut, and dry your vegetables. Add seasonings to veggies and add to baking dish.
  3. Add cooked protein to your baking dish, along with any other vegetables, and seasonings you wish. Top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
