Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey breast
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey breast, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, kosher salt, ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, cinnamon, and red pepper flakes.
- Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together until well-combined.
- Add the apple cider vinegar to the mixture and stir well to incorporate.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the turkey mixture to the pan and cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until the turkey is fully cooked and no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
- Serve the turkey chorizo hot and enjoy!
